Separate identity, condition, and notes
A collector checklist works best when it keeps stable identity fields separate from changing fields. Card name, set, and number should not change. Condition, price, storage location, and availability can change often.
Species context also matters. A Pikachu binder page can connect back to the type cluster and evolution cluster so collection notes stay connected to broader Pokemon research.
